Thirteenth President of the United States. A check for $118.00 drawn on the N.Y. State Bank in Albany dated February 10, 1859. Fillmore was perhaps our most ''Missing in Action'' President. His lack of actions did not help ease tensions that eventually led to the Civil War in 1861.
