Very Good. A decent note that is somewhat soiled but not really that heavily. The color is very good for the grade with the red seal and serial numbers quite vivid. The centering is excellent which adds further to this note's appeal. One of only 12 notes listed in the Census plus this note which is new. An affordable example of a very difficult to acquire type note.
