The piece is soft white with deep cinnamon toning beginning at the eagle's left wing, continuing around, and outlining the legend on the reverse. A small reeding mark exists just south of Ms. Liberty's right elbow, but the coin is remarkably free of the marks so prevalent on large silver coins. |
