Police Chief Badge. Silver, 35.32 grams (545 grains). Oval, 80 x 57mm. Integral loop. At the center, a large crowned CIX monogram, flanked by an engraved 'F' (diagonally scored) and 'D' (cross-hatched). The 'F' has been engraved over a 'C', more likely as a correction of an engraving error as opposed to reusage. Below the monogram, Politie Tegn has been engraved in neat script.
