No.3140?. Signed by Tho.(mas) Clark, David Hall (?) and Wm. Armstrong. Printed on thick paper by B.(enjamin) Franklin and D.(avid) Hall, their imprint on the back. Seal and motto as used on earlier series. One crown security device. The back with sea serpent and blackberry leaf. Very Good, split, glued, with staining on the back. The imprint at the bottom is clear.
