Printed on laid paper with a strong consistency. 148mm by 115mm. The face printing is on the weak side which is a characteristic of the reused plate. Imprint of Timothy Green on the back. Imprint similar to March 8, 1764, 'New-London, Printed by Timothy Green 1770'. Very Good to Fine, quarter folded with some signs of splitting on a note that is mounted on a thin white card. Fine plus, quite crisp, but with vertical and horizontal splitting that was reinforced with thin hinge tape.
