Signed by Elisha Williams, George Wyllys and Wm. Pitkin. Imprint of 'New-London; Printed by Timothy Green, 1771'. About Extremely Fine, a horizontal fold with the edge splits just beginning to form, but not there. A wonderful and crisp note with great margins and sharp signatures.
