About Good with damage. 3 pieces. 2256 1893 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $200.00 Obverse shows fine die cracks joining the lower laurel wreath ribbon to Liberty's neck, point of neck to the tops of 'RICA'. Obverse exhibits colorful russet and blue around a glittering silver center, while the reverse is boldly reflective silver-white. 2257 1894 VF $75.00 Good; 1898 Very Fine; 1903'S' Good. All three dates quite scarce. 3 pieces. 2262 1897 '7' Touches Bust. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $300.00 The date shows no repunching, but the corner of the '7' barely touches the truncation. Die polishing resulted in loss of depth in several places. Splendid silver lustre underlies remarkably warm, clear gold for outstanding visual impact. 2263 1899 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $275.00 Tawny gold and hints of lightest blue fill the fields and outline the reliefs on this beautifully struck example of a popular end-of-century date. 2264 1900'S' CH EF $200.00 Choice Extremely Fine; 1913 Choice Extremely Fine; 1914 Choice Extremely Fine. Hint of golden color. 3 pieces. 2265 1901, 1909 AU $120.00 Both are solid About Uncirculated examples. The former displays hints of rose-golden toning at the peripheries. The latter has been cleaned. 2 pieces. 2266 1901'S' AU $800.00 About Uncirculated. This lovely San Francisco issue is one of the keys to the series. A touch of russet toning is found at the upper obverse of this otherwise pale gray example. 2267 1903 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $100.00 - and not far from the Choice category. Silver devices contrast with peripheral bands of blue, silver and red-gold. 2268 1903'O' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $260.00 This scarce New Orleans Mint example offers a delicate blush of golden toning over an abundance of icy mint frost. 2269 1906 Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $125.00 - with claims to Gem. Pale silver central devices are complemented by golden green tones near the obverse rims and neon blue and russet at the upper reverse. A lovely little jewel. 2270 1906'D' Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $550.00 This first Denver date example is distinguished by a tightly closed '9' and '6.' Flashing silver surfaces underlie pleasing smoky rose-gold for delightful visual quality. 2271 1906'D' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $100.00 Golden green and russet tones grace the obverse. Although this coin has been cleaned long ago, it shows no signs of circulation. 2272 1906'O', 1909'O' AU $110.00 About Uncirculated. The first shows a tiny obverse rim bruise, the second was probably cleaned some time ago. 2 pieces. SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS. 2273 1906'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $350.00 - with claims to Choice. A pale silver gray coin with russet, blue and rose tones at the peripheries. Well struck with nary a mark. 2274 1907 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $300.00 This specific repunching is not that reported by either Lawrence or Flynn in their study of the Barber Dime series. Recutting is visible inside both loops of the '9.' Frosty silver-white provides a faint flavor of peripheral gold for tantalizing contrast. 2275 1908 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $85.00 This example is mostly golden toned with some russet and blue areas. 2276 1910 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $300.00 Meticulous strike is demonstrated by the crisply distinct wreath tops. Delicate rose centers are haloed by wide bands of iridescent blue for remarkable beauty. 2277 1910 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $100.00 - with claims to Gem. Frosty silver underlies somewhat uneven obverse orange-gold and russet. 2278 1911 CH AU $110.00 About Uncirculated. Dusky toning; 1912'D' Choice About Uncirculated. The central obverse and lower reverse are steel gray. 2283 1916'S' Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $275.00 Frosty silver surfaces on both sides are edged in caramel-gold.
