About Uncirculated and virtually in the Choice category. Wear is most notable on Liberty's figure, to a lesser degree on the eagle's wing. Deep satin gold fields offer the appealing glow generally associated with higher grades. NGC AU53.

Extremely Fine to About Uncirculated. An attractive example of this incredibly popular type coin. This coin was once in jewelry, but the signs of this are only seen lightly on the reverse in a few spots. There is a patch of obverse hairlines also, but also seen with a glass for the most part. The eye appeal is sharp for a more affordable example of this historic and famous American issue.
