The obverse rim is partly worn away, as is all of the reverse rim. A few old and faded vandal scratches appear in the left obverse field. 1569 1864 EF $490.00 Extremely Fine. Very bright due to a past cleaning. The surfaces are mostly smooth with just the smallest of marks seen. 1570 1864'S' EF $675.00 Extremely Fine. A well balanced coin that has no major marks and exhibits some light toning on both sides. 1571 1873 Open 3 VF $425.00 Very Fine. A moderate amount of facial marks over lightly cleaned surfaces. 1572 1874'S' VF $425.00 Very Fine. An evenly worn example that has just a few minor marks on the face. Good lustre. 1586 1896'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $440.00 Lovely cartwheel lustre over well struck surfaces. Some moderate bagmarks. 1587 1897 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $425.00 Fully lustrous, a glass finds three reeding marks on the cheek, faint hairlines on the lower obverse. 1588 1897 CH AU $420.00 Another. Choice About Uncirculated. A nearly Mint State example that has a small scratch over Liberty's head and a tiny mark on her cheek. Otherwise this lustrous coin has excellent eye appeal. 1589 1897'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $420.00 Satiny surfaces that are chock full of mint lustre. Some light abrasion. 1590 1898 AU $420.00 About Uncirculated. Bright lustrous surfaces that are moderately abraided. A tiny rim nick at 12:00 on the obverse. 1591 1898'S' CH EF $410.00 Choice Extremely Fine. Abundant mint lustre over decently preserved surfaces. 1592 1899 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $425.00 Frosty greenish-gold surfaces. Lustre is deep yellow-gold, both rich and full but a glass finds traces of selective cleaning on Liberty's face and neck. 1595 1899'S' EF $400.00 Extremely Fine. A third.
