 1914 Gem Brilliant Proof. This coin has light natural gold and gray toning with colorful flecks near the rims. A lot of appeal for this scarce date, and one which most collectors will long appreciate. The surfaces are clean and lack the heavy hairlines so often seen on Liberty's face and in the fields. Struck as the world was swept into the horrors of World War I.
