 1914 Superb Gem Brilliant Proof. Exceptional eye appeal with incredible blue and purplish toning over the obverse, the reverse golden. Certainly one of the finer examples to survive from a tiny mintage of 380 pieces. Lacking the usual hairlines or handling ticks that are frequently seen on these popular early Proofs. An excellent and appealing Proof coin, and worthy of an extremely strong bid.
