 1908 Gem Brilliant Proof. Bright white on the obverse with a hint of peripheral gold, the reverse sports more color with dark blue, gold and crimson flecks through the periphery. Examination will find a tiny rim tick on the reverse at 3:00, and this coin would be Superb were it not for this minor infraction. Still and all, a highly desirable example of this scarcer Proof issue. A mere 545 were struck.
