1801 O.101
|
CH VF |
$2,700.00 |
Choice Very Fine. Pale russet and gray toning gives this coin nice appeal. The strike is decent and the surfaces are devoid of any major problems, just a few minor tics that are commensurate with the grade. A very scarce date as only 30,289 pieces were struck. |

1802 O.101
|
CH EF |
$6,000.00 |
Choice Extremely Fine, nearly About Uncirculated. A well struck example with traces of gold on the edges and centers that are mostly bright due to a gentle cleaning. Struck on a defective planchet which manifests itself as a depression on the reverse at the right wingtip. A very scarce date of which only 29,890 were struck using a single set of dies. |

1803 O.104. Small 3
|
VF |
$600.00 |
Very Fine. This pleasing example is battleship gray accentuated by paler gray at the high points of the design motifs. The surfaces are smooth and display no signs of contact worthy of mention. A wholly original example that will fit nicely in a well chosen circulated collection. |

1805 O.109
|
VF |
$300.00 |
Very Fine. Lavender gray fields are highlighted by pale steel gray devices. The surfaces are smooth and the coin is strong for the grade. An appealing example. |

1805 O.113a (R-4). 13 Arrows
|
AU |
$4,700.00 |
About Uncirculated. Satiny mint lustre can be found clinging to the devices of this elegant steel gray example. Some hints of blue toning can be found with scrutiny. Just a touch of cabinet friction is found at the high points of the design elements. The reverse has a die crack through 'MERI' and the eagle holds 13 arrows, both of which are diagnostics of this better variety. NGC AU55. |
