Lot # Description Grade Hammer Price 4468 1913 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $135.00 - or better with deep rose-gold toning over lightly hairlined surfaces. The strike is excellent and the lustre peeks out from underneath the toning. A decent example of this late common date. 4469 1913'S' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $1,500.00 Magnificent russet and gold toning over deeply lustrous surfaces. The strike is first rate, giving this coin marvelous eye appeal. The surfaces are high quality and are devoid of any major detractions, which will please the new owner. This date carries a low mintage of only 510,000 pieces struck, which should alert the prospective buyer as to the rarity of this late date. 4470 1914 Gem Brilliant Proof GEM BR PF $1,000.00 A deep black cameo coin that has wonderful fields that are lightly toned. The strike is fine and there are no hairlines or other impairments to detract from this wonderful coin, a premium quality survivor of a mere 435 Proofs struck of this date. 4471 1914 Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $300.00 Lovely russet and gold toning over surfaces that are quite lustrous. The satiny fields are nearly devoid of any major imperfections. The strike is decent, giving this coin a pleasing appearance. 4472 1914'D' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $750.00 Satiny with a trace of light russet and gold toning. The strike is average and the surfaces are quite good for the grade. A pleasing example that should be suitable for the type collector. 4473 1914'S' Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $2,800.00 Lovely cartwheel lustre gives this coin exquisite appeal. The strike is excellent over surfaces that have very little if any detractions. A slightly tougher date that should please most collectors. 4474 1915 Very Choice Brilliant Proof VERY CH BR PF $650.00 Glass-like fields oppose frosty devices, giving this coin a good look. Very lightly toned with the strike being well above average. An excellent example of this second to last year of issue of Proofs, of which only 450 were struck. 4475 1915 Choice Brilliant Uncirculated CH BU $150.00 Light gold toning over frosty surfaces. The strike is fine and the fields are decent for the grade. A respectable example that is quite suitable for the type or date collector. 4476 1915'S/S' Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $5,000.00 A spectacular coin with gorgeous mint lustre over satiny surfaces. The coin has some light gold toning over well struck surfaces. A very attractive example of this date with the mintmark boldly repunched to the north. 4477 1916 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $100.00 Medium golden toning over well preserved surfaces that show just a few tiny marks. The strike is strong and the lustre is a bit subdued under the toning. 4478 1916'S' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $130.00 - nearly Choice. Wonderful mint lustre and a strong strike identify this lovely coin. The surfaces show some light marks but none too detrimental to the overall look of this pretty coin.
