Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $110.00 A extremely attractive example, as about as well struck as this date comes, and with the usual die erosion seen on the devices. Lovely pale russet highlights make the coin virtually glow. 2468 1913 Type I. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $80.00 - and virtually mark-free, nicely struck and with a blush of sky-blue toning splashed on the surface. 2469 1913 Type I. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $65.00 - and moderately well struck with satiny surfaces, though there is a small rim nick at 12:00. A lovely pink cast gives the coin a attractive look. 2470 1913 Type I. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $80.00 A lovely, well struck example, softly lustrous and with an attractive pale russet cast. 2471 1913 Type I. Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $65.00 A coin showing nice, smooth fields on the obverse and attractive, textured fields on the reverse. A small rim nick exists at 3:00. 2472 1913 Type I. Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $300.00 An outstanding example of this variety, strongly struck and splashed with a tinge of russet toning, and occasional splashes of pale blue. 2474 1914 Superb Gem Matte Proof SUP GEM MTE PF $2,400.00 Here is a truly stellar Buffalo nickel. A bold strike has imparted needle sharp details. The color is bright with faint golden and icy blue tones. The surfaces shimmer with radiant lustre. A magnificent coin with pristine surfaces that would be nearly impossible to improve upon. NGC PF66. 2475 1916'S' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $400.00 Delicate gold toning saturates this near-Gem's smooth and well preserved surfaces. The strike is excellent and the lustre is satiny and quite attractive. 2476 1918/7'D' Brilliant Uncirculated BU $27,000.00 - and nearly Choice. This pale steel-gray example has a wealth of attractive lustre. This specimen would surely be classified at least a grade higher if the strike were just a trifle sharper. A pleasing example of this popular overdate that is quite scarce in all grades, let alone Mint State. PCGS MS62. 2477 1918/7'D' CH G $1,000.00 Choice Good. Here is a delightful example of this key World War I Buffalo overdate. The date is understandably faint but fully readable, with the characteristic bar of the '7' visible under the '8'. The coin is remarkably free of serious contact marks and exhibits a pleasing steel-gray patina that adds to its undeniable appeal. PCGS G6. 2478 1919'S' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $3,500.00 - on the threshold of full Gem. Deep golden toning drenches both sides of this wonderful low-mintage coin. The strike is splendid which is rare for this sought-after key date. All of its surfaces are of high visual quality with no problems to distract the viewer from the bold eye appeal of this wholly pleasing coin. 2479 1921'S' Very Choice Brilliant Uncirculated VERY CH BU $2,400.00 A remarkable example of this key date Buffalo. Though well struck at the center, with brilliant, shimmering fields and with a hint of golden toning, the strike is a bit weak at the periphery as so often seen on even high grade examples of this design. This San Francisco date provides one of the lowest mintages of the series, and few survive in this lofty grade. Strike is typical for this elusive date, and the satisfying lustre adds materially to the coin's overall beauty and appeal. 2481 1926'S' Gem Brilliant Uncirculated GEM BU $26,000.00 Pale steel gray surfaces radiate a wonderfully glossy mint sheen. Brilliant Uncirculated BU $3,200.00 - likely finer if not for some minuscule green spots. A very pleasing example of this celebrated Denver variety. This coin's strike is exceptional with a blush of pale gold to complete the overall visual appeal. Finding a finer example would be a challenge. 2485 1937'D' Three-Legged CH AU $1,800.00 Choice About Uncirculated, and nearly Mint State. This golden gray coin shows some hints of icy blue toning. Some potentially removable deposits can be found at the reverse with some scrutiny. An attractive example of a variety that is always popular among collectors. 2486 1937'D' Three-Legged AU $1,025.00 About Uncirculated. Deep golden toning gives this specimen a pleasing appearance.
