Good to Very Good with a small bald spot near the portrait. A small tear in the right margin. A couple of light rust stains on the front but the signatures are quite strong. Still a decent example of this capitol city note.

1929 Type 2. A pleasing Very Good with the margins a bit tight at the top but does not touch. The color is good and the paper still has some crispness remaining. The number '14' is written in pencil on the front.
