- near Gem with Full Head and Shield. Wonderfully smooth frosty silver shows a subtly glowing suffusion of palest gold. NGC MS64FH.

About Uncirculated. The obverse is exhibits a very satisfying blend of rose and gold. The reverse is toned a delicate gray with deeper peripheries.

Extremely Fine. Toned a natural steel gray, but a glass reveals signs of a past cleaning; 1924 Choice Very Fine. Just problem free wear; 1930 About Uncirculated. Little wear is found, but somewhat flatly struck. 3 pieces.

Choice Extremely Fine. Well balanced, defect-free, and accented by russet toning at the peripheries. Although there is some minor central striking softness, the visual appeal is quite nice.

Choice About Uncirculated. Well struck and offering a full measure of icy mint frost beneath an ever so subtle blush of lilac toning.

Both are Choice Extremely Fine. The first is toned a pale gold with deeper areas at the peripheries. The second is predominantly toned a lavender-gray with hints of peripheral russet. 2 pieces.

Both are solid About Uncirculated examples. The former reveals a number of very inconspicuous reverse scratches under close scrutiny. The latter is typically struck and has been gently cleaned. 2 pieces.

Detail of About Uncirculated. There is evidence of a past old cleaning on either side. The coin has since toned a pale gray with hints of subtle rose. This date is elusive in any grade, and is particularly so with this degree of definition.

About Uncirculated in terms of wear. The obverse reveals evidence of a past very gentle cleaning, as well as some inconspicuous areas of shallow roughness at the right periphery. Pale gray centers are framed by traces of emerald-gold peripheral iridescence. A very scarce date in this condition.

Choice About Uncirculated and a pleasing example of this very scarce date. Although the head detail is flat and the shield is missing two rivets, the lustre and overall visual appeal is quite enticing.

Bright and entirely satiny. Liberty's head is essentially full, however the central strike is somewhat soft.
