Glossy, deep chestnut brown surfaces are the rule on this very attractive survivor of a very scarce 1870's Indian Cent date. The strike is bold and wear is even on this specimen that hosts a tiny verdigris spot at the tip of the arrowhead. 1061 1872 VF $220.00 Very Fine. Well-detailed, but surfaces are a trifle porous on this scarce Indian Cent date. 1062 1873 EF $100.00 Good; 1874 Extremely Fine; 1875, 1876, 1878 Good. Very acceptable examples displaying generally medium brown color. 5 pieces. 1063 1877 VG $475.00 Very Good. Deep chestnut brown surfaces are smooth, glossy and very attractive on this circulated key date specimen. A glass reveals some ancient obverse pin scratches that fortunately do not detract from this coin's overall bold appeal. 1064 1877 AG to G $375.00 About Good to Good. This obverse shows a bold date, two old toned-over scratches with uneven wear weakening 'OF AM'. Surfaces are a pleasing medium brown. 1065 1879, 1887 Brilliant Uncirculated BU $140.00 Both are lovely red and brown examples; 1894 About Uncirculated. A lovely brown coin with just light rub at the high points. 3 pieces. 1066 1890, 1898, 1905, 1909. Brilliant Uncirculated BU $105.00 The first coin is brown with iridescent blue tones and some mint color, the remaining three are red and brown. All are pleasing and problem-free. 4 pieces. 1067 1901, 1907, 1909. Brilliant Uncirculated BU $60.00 The first and last coin are brown and lustrous. The 1907 shows ample mint color but has a few dull facial scratches. 3 pieces. 1068 1902, 1908, 1909. Brilliant Uncirculated BU $65.00 All three coins are mostly brown with at least hints of mint red visible. Each coin is glossy and well struck. 3 pieces.
