1787 Connecticut Copper. Miller 4-L. Mailed Bust Left. Horned Bust. 140.6 grains. Very Fine. Here is an attractive specimen of this common variety easily distinguishable in this die state by a large ''horn''-like die break in the left obverse field. Surfaces are a marvelous medium brown and exhibit no planchet flaws whatsoever. Tops of letters at left periphery of both sides are weak, and a rim bruise near 'C' of 'CONNEC' should be noted for complete accuracy.
