This note combined with the immediately preceding lot represents both the first and the last note of the R-A block and constitutes a splendid pairing for the fancy serial number specialist!

As stated earlier in this currency section, serial number 100,000,000 notes are significantly rarer than their serial number 1 counterparts. Although a total of four number one notes are known of this signature combination, the banknote offered here is only the second 100,000,000 note to surface of this Friedberg number.
