1853 Arrows & Rays. Choice Brilliant Uncirculated. A very attractive specimen of this one-year only type. Both sides show full lustre on satiny surfaces. There is pleasing pale gold and iridescent rose-blue toning on the front, the back having just a whisper of light gold showing. Some very faint initials can be found in the right obverse field.
