 North Carolina. March 9, 1754 Act. Forty Shillings. No.2434. Four signatures. Christ Church at Newbern. Printed on laid paper. Choice Very Fine to Extremely Fine. A superior note from a series well known for rough examples. The paper quality is exceptional for the series and the folds are light. Excellent margins, the left indent nearly complete and the others cut fairly evenly. Finer than the Ford III Sale lot 791. We have not seen too many to rival the grade of this note.
