1860 Pointed Bust. Choice Brilliant Uncirculated. Frosty, cartwheel lustre enlivens this coin's straw gold surfaces, with richer copper toning at the peripheries of both sides. Well struck and very attractive. The Pointed Bust represents only about 1 in 20 1860's, making this hub type decidedly scarcer than the much more commonly encountered Rounded Bust. PCGS MS63.
