Seventeenth President of the United States. The check is issued to Johnson, but not by him visibly. Drawn for $510.28 on Feb.28, 1861, just prior to Fort Sumter. Printed in light red with some fading. Signed by the Secretary of the Senate. A hole cancel and a hammer cancel. Mounted on a display board by the corner tips.
