Province of Pennsylvania. May 1, 1760. Five Shillings (Crown). No.6310. Plate B. Signed by E.(van) Morgan, Tho.(mas) Say, and Cha.(rles) Jones. Printed on thick paper, standard size and designs. Horizontal orientation as previous Half Crown and Crown notes. Printed face and back, in black, by B.(enjamin) Franklin and David Hall, their imprint on the back. Looks Fine, but the heavy vertical split has nearly separated. The halves are crisp, the note fairly vivid, and trimmed in at the left. The top left is tip mounted to a light green sheet of paper. The imprint is visible. These lower denominations are not easy to find this attractive; Same Series. Ten Shillings. No.24. Plate A. Signed by Cha.(rles) Thomson, Jn. Ord, and Jo.(seph) Redman. Printed on thick paper, standard size and designs. Printed face and back, in black, by B.(enjamin) Franklin and David Hall, their imprint on the back. This might be the lowest serial number Franklin note we have seen! Sadly, it is a typical, Good to Very Good, split, glassine repairs, rounded corners and a bit dark. Looks like it was once ''pinned'' and the holes sealed leaving some green rust. 2 pieces.
