Printed in black by John Peter Zenger, but without imprint. New York Arms at the right, ornate border cuts with one pound weight as anti-raising device. Good, split vertically and rejoined with paper. The lower right corner is reinforced, some short edge splits, a void at the center, some pinholes and other flaws.
