SMALL COLLECTION OF EARLY NEW JERSEY COLONIAL NOTE ISSUES. May 1, 1758. Three Pounds. No.2066. Plate A. Signed by S.(amuel) Nevill, H.(ugh) Hartshorne, and S.(amuel) Smith. Printed on slightly thick paper, standard designs with face in red and black, by James Parker. This denomination comes as ''A'' and ''B'' plate positions. Very Good, a hard crease and well soiled. The cut is trimmed in slightly and with rounded corners;

April 10, 1759. Fifteen Shillings.
No.482. Plate B. Signed by S.(amuel) Nevill, Dan.(iel) Smith, Jr., and S.(amuel) Smith. Printed on slightly thick paper, standard designs with face in red and black, and back in black, by James Parker. This denomination comes as ''A'' and ''B'' plate positions. Fine to Very Fine, folded with no breaks in the paper. The face is fairly bright, but the back has heavy soiling; Same Series. Three Pounds. No.754. Plate A. Signed by S.(amuel) Nevill, Dan.(iel) Smith, Jr., and S.(amuel) Smith. Printed on slightly thick paper, standard designs with face in red and black, and back in black, by James Parker. This denomination comes as ''A'' and ''B'' plate positions. The ''O'' in ''Ounces'' is slightly broken. Very Good to Fine, a hard fold with slight internal rounding at the top. Trimmed in slightly all around. A very faint pen endorsement on the back edge;

April 12, 1760. Twelve Shillings. No.792. Plate B. Signed by S.(amuel) Nevill, H.(ugh) Hartshorne, and A. Johnston. Printed on slightly thick paper, standard designs with face and back in black, by James Parker. This denomination comes as ''A'' and ''B'' plate positions. Very Good, center fold is partially broken, moderate back soiling; Same Series. Three Pounds. No.2731. Plate B. Signed by S.(amuel) Nevill, H.(ugh) Hartshorne, and S.(amuel) Smith. Printed on slightly thick paper, standard designs with face in red and black, and back in black, by James Parker. This denomination comes as ''A'' and ''B'' plate positions. Fine to Very Fine, a hard vertical fold, but not broken. Slight corner rounding, but the color is quite vivid on the face. A minor ink spot at the upper left. A fascinating group of very under collected Colonial notes. 5 pieces.
