Act of September 29, 1773 certificate for 4,299 Pounds, but no specific purpose as prior four issues. Typeset note, ornate borders and wide left indent similar to the Lighthouse issue (the crosses are at the top and bottom). Red text on seven lines, highlighting denomination, emission and expiration of circulation 'AND NO LONGER..'.

Choice About Uncirculated, bright and well margined. There is a long corner fold, a short, top edge tear and a small internal slit. At first glance, the appearance of gem new. A real beauty and just a serial number away from being a fully issued note. Significant and important.
