Like the last, free from disfiguring marks, just ordinary signs of handling and none damaging. Without a loop the medal is the rarest of the four styles of this variety. Both sides are a rich, deep brown, the obverse slightly darker than the back. The only signs of handling this has seen are more than minor and are essentially trivial. Minor rim marks, surfaces with a myriad of tiny nicks, the medal clearly an awarded one. Rare as noted above, with perhaps about 15 known.
