 1869 Gem Brilliant Uncirculated. The variety with wide numerals in the date and bearing the reverse of 1867. Wisps of pale golden iridescence accent this assertively struck example. The underlying fields and devices offer unbroken velvet-like lustre. Encapsulated in an earlier generation NGC holder where it is graded MS65.
