 1911 Gem Brilliant Proof. A veil of pale golden toning embellishes premium quality, fully mirrored fields and frosted devices. Here is a marvelous, dazzling cameo proof that reveals only a limited number trivial imperfections under very close scrutiny. Only 543 Proofs were coined of this date. The overwhelming number of survivors from this proof mintage, furthermore, are clearly inferior to the specimen offered here.
