1863'S' WB.102. Small Broken Mintmark. Choice About Uncirculated. Bright and frosty, with no signs...1863'S' WB.102. Small Broken Mintmark. Choice About Uncirculated. Bright and frosty, with no signs of toning on the obverse, a trace of darker russet flecks on the upper reverse. Ample lustre to please the eye. The strike is sharp on all but the uppermost portion of the obverse. One minor rim bump is noted on the reverse at the 10:00 position is noted.
