1804 Browning 1 (R-4). Brilliant Uncirculated or nearly so. Deep multicolor toning on both sides gives this coin a distinguished appearance. The strike is decent and the fields are quite attractive for the grade. When the Mint resumed Quarter coinage they changed the reverse design from the original design they used previously in 1796. The Mint only produced 6,738 pieces of this year since silver deposits from which to make coins were still sparse. A very rare date that is sure to please its new owner.
