 1787 Fugio Cent. N.13-X. Fine Rays. STATES UNITED. Very Choice Uncirculated. Icy mint gloss covers both obverse and reverse of this glowing deep chestnut brown specimen. Lustre is unbroken and the strike is quite bold, bringing out all the finest details in the sundial and all the horizontal hatching of MIND YOUR BUSINESS. A Fugio Cent wouldn't be a Fugio Cent without at least some planchet flaws, but fortunately this coin's are minimal, including a slight chip out of the sunface's forehead and a slight furrow around the lower obverse periphery. Overall, this coin would make an absolutely stunning example of this historic first Cent for a Colonial type set or a U. S. Cent collection.
