1787 Connecticut Copper. Miller 13-D. Mailed Bust Left. 129.8 grains. Choice Very Fine/Choice Fine. Central strike a bit weak, peripheries strongly detailed on the olive brown obverse. The reverse exhibits more wear and a deeper olive brown hue. Painted Die Variety on both obverse and reverse. Here is another well pedigreed, if common variety Connecticut copper.
