It goes without saying that the appearance of four number one notes of this issue is unprecedented in the history of U.S. banknote auctions and should not lead the bidder to believe that such notes are in any way common. It is entirely possible that an assemblage such as the offering placed herein will never again reach the auction market in any single sale!
