This inscription bears an error, as the recipient was noted paper money maven and American Numismatic Association Treasurer Emeritus George H. Blake. No example of this extremely high quality case was known to Commemorative researcher Anthony Swiatek, whose coverage of holders, cases and mailers is generally definitive.
