 1886 Gem Brilliant Proof. Marvelous deeply mirrored surfaces that are toned in pale gold. The strike is crisp, befitting a coin of this magnitude. There are little if any hairlines to detract from the radiance of this beauty. In the upper echelon of surviving examples of which only 142 proofs were struck.
