1808 Br.4-A (R-5). Normal Date, Close 5 D. Choice About Uncirculated. The date is evenly spaced, the '1' leaning left. This reverse shows the 'U' and '5' crowding the olive leaves at 7:00. Perfect reverse die shows no die cracks. Subdued yellow-gold lustre is boldly apparent on both sides of this low-relief design, and the coin itself must rank high in any Condition Census that might be prepared for this remarkably rare variety. Finding this coin's equal would be easier said than done.
