Rich golden bronze surfaces exhibit subtle lustre in the protected areas. This coin has seen brief circulation, during which time it received several small tics, scratches and scuffs on both sides. A mint-made planchet lamination through the eagle's beak and another at 12:30 at the reverse rim are noted for completeness. Here is a respectable example of this coveted first Small Cent that will be perfect for the collector not wanting to stretch well into 5 figures to acquire an example. ANACS AU55 DETAILS. SCRATCHED STRK THROUGH.
