An exceptionally bold obverse is framed in a tall toothed border protecting a remarkably sharp LIBERTY, date and head. The reverse strike is less pronounced with a low rim allowing greater apparent wear on the outer legend. '1' in the fraction touches the left wreath tie. This coin displays a pleasing light tan patina.
