The front is beautifully toned in iridescent blue, rose, and gold while the back is pale silver. There is attractive mint lustre in the protected areas of the obverse and over most of the reverse. The center of the reverse is sharp, showing the piece was well struck. The softness on Liberty's curls is typical. Very clear overdate, traces of the underlying '4' are easily visible even without a glass. The piece may qualify for admission into the Condition Census for the variety.
