The obverse is mostly pale silver white save for a touch of iridescent blue-green along the rim at left. The reverse is more notably toned in the same color scheme around the right. The devices are all nicely frosty and the fields are deep mirrors with full flash. Very well struck in the center of the obverse with inner detail showing on the leaves of the wreath. Root of the eagle's left wing a trifle soft in consequence. Only 450 Proofs were struck.
