 1850 Large Date. Brilliant Uncirculated. Intense orange-gold mint lustre of some freshness graces the fields and protected areas of this Philadelphia mint Eagle. Although not rare, this early No Motto issue is in demand both as a type coin and for its Gold Rush era date. Some handling in the obverse fields and an area of concentrated hairlines near the second star keep this eye-arresting coin from a much higher grade.
