1795 B.14. Off-center Bust. Choice Extremely Fine. Iridescent sea green and gold toning beautifies the obverse peripheries, while the reverse is an exquisite rose-gray and blue tone. Design motifs are sharply struck and an appreciable amount of glowing mint frost can be seen around the edges of the devices and around the legends, lending this coin's circulated surfaces an added bit of life. Some light adjustment marks and a nearly imperceptible rim bruise are noted on the obverse, while the reverse exhibits an ancient circulation mark at the eagle's wing. Here is a very high quality specimen of this important first year of type.
