Signed by D.(aniel Carroll, member of the Continental Congress and Z.(achariah) Mackubin. Motif and motto as used on the May 10 1775 Session, November 29 1775 Resolution, February 17 1776, May 9 1776, July 22 1776 and November 2 1776 notes. A lower left corner fold on a sharp uncirculated note, hence Choice About Uncirculated. A blue thread on the back within the paper and coming out.

Due to the occupation of British forces in Philadelphia, the Continental Congress met in Baltimore. According to Newman, most notes from the emission in actuality may have been printed in Philadelphia.
