Signed by Isaac Hazelhurst and A.(nthony) Morris, Jr. Thirteen stringed (for the thirteen colonies) harp, legend MAJORA MINORIBUS CONSONANT (The large colonies and the small colonies are in harmony). Extremely Fine to About Uncirculated, a fold and some handling. Cut close all the way around and the back corners show signs of light mounting.
