Ornamental cut at the left end, at the upper right are the Arms with motto EN DAT VIRGINIA QUARTAM (Behold Virginia contributes one quarter of the Arms). A rare and early issue date. Good to Very Good. A bright note overall, but a vertical split and a chunk off the upper right corner. Trimmed around and backed onto a contemporary white paper backing with period pen endorsements.
