Signed by Benj.(amin) Waller and Phil.(lip) Johnson. Printed on thin laid paper. 67mm by 58mm. Uniface, printed in black, by William Hunter. Ornamental borders with cast cut at the upper left with seal. Motto EN DAT VIRGINIA QUARTAM (Behold Virginia contributes one quarter of the Arms). At the lower left 'Ten Shill.' A third rare note from this early series from the Colony. Two signatures required for notes 10 Shillings and higher on this Act date. Fair to Good. Paper reinforcing strips on the back with a small chip off the upper right corner. Vertical split. From the face still decent looking.
